They are set to debut "The Stampede: A Podcast on the Texas Longhorns," as announced by Brown on social media. CBS Austin's Bob Ballou will host the show, which will focus primarily on Texas athletics, starting with football. Brown expressed excitement about discussing the upcoming season opener against Ohio State, recalling their memorable 2005 matchup that ended in a thrilling victory. Both Brown and Young, who were inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2018 and 2019 respectively, have not ventured significantly into sports media since their time at Texas. This podcast offers them a platform to reflect on their past experiences and provide insights on the current Longhorns team, especially under the leadership of Arch Manning. The Texas Longhorns will face the Ohio State Buckeyes to kick off the 2025 season on August 30.
